When you’re supporting a customer with Spirii Connect it’s always much easier if you can see the platform exactly as your customer is seeing it.
Luckily, on Spirii Connect, you have the option to “impersonate” one of your customers.
This applies a filter all across Spirii Connect, so you can only see the data, locations, tariffs, etc. that your customer has access to.
? Note: The Impersonate feature is only available for users with the Operator access
The feature is accessed via the top right menu:
You will go back to your own view again by clicking the X in the top right corner:
? Note that the function doesn’t limit the features on the platform, only the data.
This means that if your user has access to some advanced settings, you will still have access to thee while impersonating your customer.
