In the Business Portal you will find several email template options available to you. Let’s go through an example.
To create a new email template, simply choose Email Templates from the menu and click on the Create Email Template button.
Each Email Type has its own set of options. In this example, we’ll choose Order Confirmation (1):
Define a Scope for the chosen template (2):
- Generic - General email template
- Unique for Portal - A specific email template for an onboarding flow
- Unique for installation partner - Applies when an installation partner has been chosen
If selecting an onboarding flow, the correct email template will automatically be applied (3) .
Remember: it’s always possible to preview any changes before sending.
